Miglia expands its US presence



London, UK, July, 2006 - Miglia Technology, a leading manufacturer of digital media products, today announced the appointment of Robert L. Sharp as president of Miglia USA. The position has been created in response to the rapid growth that Miglia has experienced in the US market over the last year. To support its global expansion, Miglia has also appointed Jason Walcott as Regional Sales manager for Europe.

Robert Sharp, President Miglia USA, commented: "I am delighted to join the Miglia team, I'm looking forward to being a part of Miglia's growth in the US market and hope to play a pro active role in the future development of this exciting company."

Sharp joins Miglia after a successful career working with start-ups and established companies, including Canopus, a provider of digital media solutions, where he served as general manager for the US operations following the successful leadership of the US sales and global marketing departments.

Sharp brings more than a decade of digital media experience to the Miglia team and will help to further Miglia's sales, marketing and business development efforts in the U.S. market. Recently, Miglia has focused its efforts on a new range of TV Tuner products, in particular TVMini HD, TVMicro and TVMax, which have been acknowledged as ground breaking products for both Analog and HDTV reception.
