Q:
I'm trying to activate the software, but the connection
times out
A: Please check that:
- Safari is set to accept cookies. (Safari > Preferences
> Security). You must do this even if you use Firefox.
- You can access http://www.equinux.com/store using Safari.
This will confirm whether the HTTPS access is working.
If the above fails, please indicate the activation key
you are trying to use on the support contact form
Q: I
am not receiving all channels or the picture breaks up
a lot
A: If you live in the UK,
France or Australia, try to connect your unit to a roof-top
antenna. This will solve most of the reception issues.
If you are already using a roof-top antenna, please check
if a signal booster is installed. If your booster is digital/analogue
(or analogue only), reduce the amplification level or
turn it off completely.
