Q: I have lost the
Activation Code for the software. What should I do?
A: Please contact support@elgato.com
and attach a proof-of-purchase (scan of the reseller invoice
for example) to your e-mail.
Q: The software
does not seem to recognise the serial number.
A: Check that you have not misread the serial
number, for example by inverting a '1' with an 'I' (i). In
the EyeTV setup assistant, make sure you have selected 'Miglia'
as the manufacturer and 'TVMini' as the product. If this still
does not solve your problem, please send us your serial number.
Q: I have lost my
serial number, how can I get a new one
A: Click on the link at the bottom of the
page and fill out the support form. You will get an automated
message that you can reply to. Simply attach a scan/copy of
your purchase invoice to your reply.
Q: Where can I get
accessories for TVMini, such as the remote control or the
antenna adapter?
A: These items are available from our online
store in the TV
accessories section.
Q: I cannot receive
any channels or I am missing some channels.
A: Check our page on DVB-T
reception.
