I have lost the Activation Code for the software. What
should I do?
A: Please contact support@elgato.com
and attach a proof-of-purchase (scan of the reseller invoice
for example) to your e-mail.
Q: My remote control
does not work when I'm using the TV software with Mac
OS X 10.5
A: This is a known issue
that has been reported to Elgato, the makers of the software
that shipped with TVMicro. Until this issue is fixed,
please use the Apple remote if your Mac has IR capability.
Q: Where can I get accessories
for TVMicro, such as the remote control or the antenna
adapter?
