Q: The EvolutionTV software is stuck on the 'Initialising Hardware' window
A: Verify that the green LED on the front panel of EvolutionTV is lit. If it is not the case, verify the adapter on the power supply is correctly inserted. You should also make sure you are running the latest version of the software.
Q: My serial number does not work.
A: The serial number for the software is located on the CD sleeve. If this serial number does not work, please enter it in the Support contact form and we will check it for you.
Q: Are there any Windows drivers for EvolutionTV?
A: No. EvolutionTV is a Mac-only product.
