Dialog+ Troubleshooting

Q: The Phone's LCD displays 'No Driver' and does not communicate with Skype
A: This usually happens if the software driver is not installed. Make sure you download and install DialogPlus 1.1.6 (or higher if available). After the installation, you will have to manually launch DialogPlus, which will be located in your Applications folder.
If correctly installed and running, the blue Dialog+ icon will appear in the Finder's menu bar. Ensure that 'Open at login' is selected, otherwise you will have to relaunch the software everytime you reboot your Mac.

Q: Can I use the DialogPhone software with Dialog+?
A: Not at this time. The DialogPhone software is not compatible with Dialog+

Q: My Skype contacts do not appear on the phone's LCD when I try to browse them.
A: There are two modes of use: You can control Skype onscreen or load the contacts into the phone to browse them on the LCD. Press the 'contact' key on the phone to use the LCD display

Q: When I installed the driver and launched Skype a warning message saying 'The Miglia Dialog+ application wants to access Skype' appeared on screen. I pressed 'no' and the phone cannot communicate with Skype. How can this be resolved
A: Mac: Quit the Dialog+ driver (in the Finder's menu bar) and delete the application. Then reinstall the software and click 'allow' when Skype displays the warning message.
PC: Go to the Skype Options panel (under Skype > Tools), click on Advanced, click on 'Manage other program's access to Skype'. Then double click on Dialog+ and select 'Allow this program to use Skype'.
