Q: Are AlchemyTV and AlchemyTV DVR compatible with Mac OS X 10.5?
A: AlchemyTV and AlchemyTV DVR are currently not compatible with Mac OS X 10.5. We are working on a software update we expect to be available towards the end of November.

Q: Will AlchemyTV DVR run in a PowerMac G5 or Mac Pro with PCI-Express ports?
A: No.


Q: My serial number does not work.
A: The serial number for the software is located on the CD sleeve. If this serial number does not work, please enter it in the Support contact form and we will check it for you.
